Competitive intelligence: a systematic review of national production

ABSTRACT In this work, the objective was to carry out a review of the national production on competitive intelligence in top national journals, in the areas of administration and information science. The study is descriptive and has a qualitative approach, adopting the systematic literature review as a procedure. According to the selection criteria, the results indicate that studies on CI are scarce and preponderant to the private sphere, as well as predominant in the area of information science, do not have a linear publication regularity and have a higher publication peak in 2013.
