Lipidomic analysis of digestive gland in noble scallop Chlamys nobilis under extremely low temperature stress
View DatasetDescription
Extremely low temperature often leads to massive mortalities of marine bivalves, and lipid changes are particularly important. We obtained the lipid of the marine bivalves by liquid chromatograph mass spectrometer (LC-MS) . Then, lipids were identified and quantified using Lipidsearch softwave version 4.1.16 according to mass to charge ratio, retention time and intensity. Meanwhile, we analyzed differentially expressed lipids (DEL) in digestive gland of marine bivalves under extremely low temperature stress. The lipidomic analysis in digestive gland of marine bivalves under extremely low temperature stress revealed that several important DEL and KEGG pathway were identified to be potentially involved in resisting extremely low temperature of marine bivalves. File DEL: DEL in digestive gland of marine bivalves between 27 °C and 9 °C.
