Description

This survey data was gathered during the fall of 2021. RF intensity was measured using an RF detector on 4 or 5 contiguous main commercial street corners in 35 Pennsylvania towns and cities. The study was performed to see if towns with the 5G network were associated with a significant increase in ambient RF intensity as compared to towns with older generation networks. The data shows that RF intensity correlates with the location and position of 5G and 4G LTE antennas. Utility mounted antennas create more intense radiation than those mounted on building tops.
