Description
Human serum samples were collected from patients with history of three or more recurrent spontaneous abortion and non- pregnant women with two or more successful deliveries. Chlamydia trachomatis infection was detected in the samples collected from the patients and real time PCR was perform to study the expression of microRNA genes in these patients. qPCR gene expression profiling of microRNAs 101-3p, 133a, 146b-5p, 320b, 24, 559 genes in serum samples. RT- PCR assay was performed on total RNA isolated from serum. Total RNA was reverse transcribed to cDNA using miR script II reverse transcriptase kit (Qiagen).
