Description

TALIF test platform structure as shown in Figure 3.4, including discharge chamber, gas injection unit, vacuum pump system, high voltage power supply and electron gun.The discharge chamber is the vacuum chamber of TALIF system test platform, which is composed of two hemispheres snapped together, and the contact surface is set with a seal to improve the sealing, which is fixed by 18 clamps, and the vacuum level of this chamber can be tested up to 10-7 Pa, and the leakage rate is 10-9 Pa. The top view of the discharge chamber is shown in Figure 3.6, and in the middle plane of the discharge chamber, there are The CF150 window is larger in diameter, has a wider field of view and can collect more photons, so it is more often used as an observation window and collection window; the CF80 window is smaller in diameter and is more suitable for use as an entrance and exit of the optical path. The top window is equipped with a vacuum extraction window and an inlet window, size CF25, and all windows are equipped with a knife flange, and all ports have a vacuum flange interface, sealed with oxygen-free copper gaskets, and each window is equipped with 10 mm quartz glass. The internal diameter of the discharge chamber is 800 mm, the thickness of the sphere is 6 mm, and the flange of the sphere is 316 stainless steel. After the whole discharge chamber is welded, the inner and outer surfaces are polished, and all welds are free of leaks, and the welds are beautiful and free of defects.
