Code to reproduce "Geographic and temporal distance-decay relationships across taxa"
View DatasetDescription
Code to reproduce the analyses from
> Dallas, TA, L Holian, and C Ten Caten. 2023. Geographic and temporal distance-decay relationships across taxa.
Code is written in R and the file is in R markdown (.Rmd). Package versions are provided at the bottom of the file along with the sessionInfo(). The analyses rely on a data package (neonDivData), which may change to incorporate new data over time. As such, to reproduce the figures from the manuscript, the data between 2013 and 2021 should be used. It is also possible that these data may change, as taxonomic updates or NEON quality checking may change some numbers. These are unlikely to change the overall figures, as the analyses rest of occupancy (was the species there at a given site), and less on things that may vary more (abundance). However, still a possibility.
