Description

Infection prevalence of male and female Daphnia magna (Genotype: HU-HO-2) (Anomopoda: Daphniidae) infected with seven different doses of the gram-positive bacterial pathogen Pasteuria ramosa (Genotype: C19). Both males and females were infected as juveniles (1 day old) and at maturity (10 days old). Infection scored as 'Y' - yes, or 'N' - no. Mortality ('death date') is only provided if the animal died prior to the experimental cut-off of 30 days.
