Description

This dataset provides information on the concentration of Al, As, Ba, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, Se, V and Zn, as well as thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and acid methyl esters (FAMEs) from ten samples of Brazilian powdered milk used in infant feeding. Ten brands of Brazilian companies that sell powdered milk used as food.In detail, the dataset presents: 1- Values of concentrations of Al, As, Ba, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, Se, V and Zn in powder milk were obtained by Inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) (The file "Table 1 -Raw data on Macro- Microelements" contains the concentration of macro and microelements obtained in ten Brazilian companies)2- Thermogravimetry (TG) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) data were performed using thermal analyzer STA 449 F3 Jupter, Netzsch, Selb Alemanha. Graphs were obtained using Universal Analysis Software (The "Raw Thermal Analysis-sample" files contain TG and DSC analysis data from ten Brazilian companies).3- The fatty acid methyl esters (FAMEs) ere analyzed by gas chromatography (GC 2010, Shimadzu, Kyoto, Japan) to obtain their individual peaks (The "Raw data-fat-composition" files contain FAME analysis data from ten Brazilian companies).
