This dataset is for the PhD thesis titled distinct roles of high affinity TRABD2A-specific antibody and TCF1 up-regulation in reducing HIV-1 reservoir including DNA sequences of plasmid constructions for ectopic protein expresion and knockout, FCS data of flow cytometry, Images of western blot, raw data of real time PCR. The data is saved as text, picture, APE, FCS, Excel file. Flowjo V10 is used to analyze flow cytometry data. APE software is used to analyze DNA sequence of constructs. Graphpad Prism is used for statistics analysis
