Replication Data for: Loss of INPP5K attenuates agonist-induced Ca2+ responses in the glioblastoma cell line U-251 MG cells

Description

This dataset includes all underlying data integrated in the publication in Loncke et al., 2023, BBA Advances and contains all data necessary to replicate the published figures. The data consist of numerical calcium traces of Fura-2 ratio and radioactive 45Ca2+ emission over time, quantification of numerical parameters of intracellular calcium responses, as well as densitometric quantification of immunoblots. All data was acquired using U-251 MG cells.
