Included are photographs of a the bas reliefs of the zoological types from the explorations of the RV Velero III along the west coast of the Pacific basin making up the frieze along the top of the west façade (cormorant, pelican, penguins, beetle, lizard, tortoise, porpoise, sail fish, sea horses, cactus, fungus, succulent, swan flower) as well as the molds for the bas reliefs of Pleistocene animals from the La Brea pits on the north façade of the auditorium (mammoth, lion, hawk, bison, cat, sloth).
