In brief, the dataset contains 6 folders, each with a set of data taken either on histological sections, stained with H&E, or in vivo in chicken Embryos with fluorescence optical microscopy, either confocal or two-photon excitation. The first two folders can be found here. The remaining 4 folders are in the second part of the dataset.
