The metabolomics sequencing by comparing spider samples under hypoxia and nornal oxygene condition using non-targeted LC-MC (Suzhou PANOMIX Biomedical Tech, China). And transcriptomic data was performed by the illumina NovaSeq platform yielding 150-bp paired-end reads.
