Systematic mapping of antibiotic cross-resistance and collateral sensitivity with chemical genetics

Ther are raw sequencing samples. The name of each file describes itself. For example, "Tetracycline_lineage1_day3.fastq" means lineage 1 of E. coli K12 evolved against tetracycline from day 3. These sequences can be mapped to the reference genome (E. coli BW25113 strain K-12 chromosome; GCF_000750555.1). We have sequenced our lab E. coli BW25113 strain presented as WT.fastq.
