Combining Paleocurrents and Sea Level in a Least-Cost Pathway Model of Human Dispersal from Sunda to Sahul, 65-45,000 Years Ago
View DatasetDescription
Data and code affiliated with the journal publication "Combining Paleocurrents and Sea Level in a Least-Cost Pathway Model of Human Dispersal from Sunda to Sahul, 65-45,000 Years Ago". This dataset includes climate modelling output and migration model code necessary to reproduce the results in the article: (1) Paleotopography for 45 - 65 ka at 5 ka intervals; (2) Austral Winter and Austral Summer seasonal average model output (surface winds, salinity, temperature, and surface currents) from the Community Earth System Model (CESM1.1.1) for 45 - 65 ka at 5 ka intervals; (3) model input (grid and binary input files) to run the MIT General Circulation Model (MITgcm); (4) model output (paleo ocean currents) from MITgcm for 45 - 65 ka at 5 ka intervals; (5) codes, input, and README to run the migration model.
