HeLa ribosome profiling data

This repository hosts a comprehensive dataset comprising 132 HeLa cell ribosome profiling samples from 20 distinct studies, serving as a resource for assessing the consistency and reliability of ribosome profiling measurements.The ribosome profiling data have been rigorously processed using RiboFlow, with no duplicate reads—those sharing identical positions and lengths (HELA_ribo_files.tar.gz).The raw data (with duplicate reads) can be found: raw_HeLa_coTE.tar.gzFor downstream analysis, the corresponding codes can be found at: https://github.com/CenikLab/consistency_Ribo-seq
