Moored water sampler data (dissolved inorganic nutrients, dissolved inorganic carbon and total alkalinity) from mooring RTEB1 of the Eastern Boundary array (Rockall Trough), as part of UK OSNAP (Overturning in the Subpolar North Atlantic Programme) from May 2017 to June 2018.

The dataset consists of water samples collected by a moored water sampler at around 50 m depth in the eastern Rockall Trough between May 2017 and June 2018. The moored water sampler was situated on mooring RTEB1 which is the easternmost mooring of the Atlantic-wide OSNAP mooring array. The moored water sampler was deployed on cruise DY078 (2017) and recovered on AR30-04 (2018). Samples were analysed for dissolved inorganic carbon, total alkalinity, nitrite, nitrate, phosphate, and silicate. The data have been quality checked by examining intra-cruise and inter-cruise consistency using Extended Ellett Line data for the inter-cruise comparison. Mooring RTEB1 is deployed under UK OSNAP (NE/K010875/1 and NE/K010875/2).
