The purpose of the proposed experiments is to apply methods of single-crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD) in laser-heated diamond anvil cells (DACs) in order to determine crystal structures and chemical compositions of possible high-pressure phase(s) in Ir-B system up to 150 GPa.
