Database for acupoint selection and combination analysis in the acupuncture treatment of PSUI

This dataset encompasses the entire process of acupoint selection and combination analysis in the acupuncture treatment of PSUI, as described in this article. It includes basic information about the original literature included in the analysis, the extracted acupoint combinations from the original literatures, the deduplicated acupoint combination prescriptions, as well as the code written in the R programming language for frequency, association rule, and cluster analysis, along with the generated files.
