speed_lanes_rast_overpass.npy

"Speed_lanes_rast" and "road_mortality" are both 3D arrays containing many stacked 13x13 rasters. Each 13x13 raster is centered on one of the cells indicated in "roadstarts_rast." During simulations, the model evaluates # # retrieves the corresponding 13x13 rasters from "speed_lanes_rast" and "road_mortality." These are then used to modify# selection probabilities and mortality probability, respectively. The "overpass" versions have sections of roads removed,# simulating wildlife overpasses.
