This contains 3 datasets:1) The study protocol approved by the Research Ethics Committee (CER) of the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (Code: FIS-2022-11).2) The outcome assessment form including the duplicate evaluation of the SPIRIT items.3) The censored version (no temporal reference or participant personal data) of all RCT protocols included in the study.
