The 2000 Partnership: Our Children: A Framework for Action, 1990

An interim report about the well-being of children in Los Angeles, 1990. PART OF SERIES: In its investigation, the Webster Commission aligned the policies and procedures of the LAPD with those adopted by several other agencies and governmental bodies. The series contains a variety of materials collected by the Commission for this purpose.
