Description
This dataset contains 21,503 pollen assemblages from all continents, excluding Antarctica. All pollen assemblages have geographical co-ordinates and the majority have an elevation measurement. Pollen assemblages have been corrected for consistent nomenclature. The dataset was developed to evaluate palaeoclimate reconstruction techniques that use the nearest living relative approach. V2 - tidied references for consistencyV3 - added additional elevation column to location file from WorldClim2.1
