"Client: Hartford Ind[emnity] Co[mpany], Mr. Nolen; incl[uding] use of Trav-L-Lab 5.00; in city: Amount: 12.00" - on envelope. "Job: 1 shot from Trav-L-Lab from about 100 f[ee]t west of Olive, looking east to show intersection and location of W.P.A. tower (if it is still there, if not show scar on pavement where it was). If 100 f[ee]t is too far to get in good view of intersection, 50 or 75 [feet] is O.K.; 1 shot from ground, eye-level, 100 f[ee]t so[uth] of Olympic looking no[rth] toward intersection. Get in center of the street; 1 [looking north] from ground 100 f[ee]t e[ast] of Olive, looking west at intersection from center of street" - on job card.
