"Arrangements made by Mr. Noland; Meet Miss Gless, receptionist on 11th floor of Petroleum B[ui]ld[in]g; Job: ass[ure]d Harold Halley; accident occurred on Olympic B[ou]l[e]v[ar]d, 70 f[ee]t w[est] of Figueroa; Miss Gless will show you the fire escape from which you are to shoot. Take one shot from extreme n[orth] end of fire escape showing intersection and 1 from s[outh] end of fire escape showing intersection. As little traffic as possible. Shoot when signal is 'go' on Olympic. Be sure to show as much of west curb of Figueroa as possible" - on job card.
