LIBS Spectral Enhancement Technique of Metal Elements in Liquid Based on Dispersedphase

Description
为了提高激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)的液体检测性能,分析了色散相对液体中金属元素LIBS光谱强度的增强作用。以Al为目标元素,评价分散相LIBS的分析性能。构建偏最小二乘回归模型进行定量分析。结果表明,在混合均匀的前提下,高分散相质量分数试样的增强效果最好,干燥后可进一步提高其增强效果。色散相LIBS的增强效果与等离子体电子温度和电子密度无关。与直接液体检测相比,用小麦淀粉制备液体作为高分散相质量分数样品后,分析灵敏度提高了6.03倍,大气干燥1 h后可提高17.26倍。采用广义谱法,引入与干燥时间相关的附加特征维度进行偏最小二乘回归建模,模型的平均相对误差和预测均方根误差分别降低了23.95%和14.10%。
