Microbiota Succession Influences Nematode Physiology in a Beetle Microcosm Ecosystem
View DatasetDescription
This dataset contains gbff files of metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) derived from decomposing grubs of the rose chafer, Cetonia aurata, which were experimentally inoculated with Pristionchus pacificus nematodes to study the microbial succession and nematode interaction in a controlled setting. The collection comprises 86 MAGs from the 'early stage' (day 7 post-inoculation, T1) representing a nutrient-rich condition and 199 MAGs from the 'late stage' (day 21 post-inoculation, T2), reflecting a nutrient-limited environment. Additionally, the dataset includes Jupyter notebook files and datasheets used to generate the figures presented in the article.
