4 photographs of a man wearing different costumes from the early 20th century--a baseball uniform, a doughboy uniform (World War I), and clothing and a rifle like a rifleman--probably in Los Angeles, California, 1938 October 26. "Client: Whittington; Classifications: H - men - women" - on envelope. The negative envelope also shows that the reproduction rights to some of these images were sold 3 times. [Editor's note: the only remaining negatives do not include the "women" mentioned under "Classifications." These are thought to be of a photographer's model, since they were not copied from old prints.
