Description

The aim of the study is to Effectiveness of physiotherapy rehabilitation program in patients with clubfoot after ponseti treatment. The assessments were made using the Pirani score and the Dimeglio Bensahel scale. According to the results, Ponseti treatment-based exercises were superior to conventional physical therapy in terms of lowering pain, enhancing mobility, and reducing functional impairment.Improvements in the Dimeglio Bensahel scale and the Pirani score also showed that the Ponseti treatment-based exercises reduced the dysfunctional form of the foot from pre-observation to post-observation. Overall, our findings point to the potential benefits of Ponseti treatment-based exercises in the management of foot dysfunction and emphasise the necessity of implementing these interventions in clinical settings to enhance patient outcomes.
