18 photographs of circus tents and human and animal performers, including little people, elephants, clowns, and zebras, probably in Los Angeles County, Calif., 1937 April 6. "Subject: Al G. Barnes Sells-Floto Circus, behind the scenes." "Client: Radio Transcription Co[mpany], 1509 N[orth] Vine; Mr. Wood; also list under Whittington; Classifications: F - Circus, A - Animals - wild, trained; Operator's report, name: 'Dick' [Whittington]; 15 original photographs -- size: 8x10; Amount: 37.50" -- on envelope. The negative envelope indicates that the Whittington studio furnished proofs and fulfilled 11 print orders, including a "panel," and sold the reproduction rights 7 times.
