Description

The relationship between physical activities levels and dynamic balance in young adults is crucial for health promotion, injury prevention, performance enhancement, quality of life, and long-term health. It helps in promoting physical activity, enhancing balance, and reducing falls and injuries. The aim of this study was to explore the relationships between physical activity levels and dynamic balance among young adult population. The study concluded that relationship between physical activity and dynamic among young adults of this study should be carefully considered for eventual generalization. As reported in a correlational study no significant. In this case, it seems that more subjects of all physical activity level are evaluate. It would be interesting to investigate the differences of muscle recruitment, muscle strength, joint mobility/stability in the Y balance test.
