Dataset associated with Thölix et al. (2024) manuscript entitled "Carbon sequestration in different urban vegetation types in Southern Finland".LAI, GPP, soil respiration, soil temperature, and soil moisture were modeled in 2018-2021 and NEE in 2006-2021 at four urban green space types commonly found in the city: a small urban forest (Forest), a managed park (Park), lawn and irrigated lawn.
