Lake Erie Diel Coassembly (Metatranscriptomic)

A coassembly (final.contigs.fa) containing 39 concatenated and assembled (coassembled) metatranscriptomic libraries that has been made publically available in conjunction with an American Society of Microbiology Resource Announcement (Zepernick et al., 2024; doi: 10.1128/mra.00659-24). The proteins (proteins.faa) and nucelotides (nucleotides.fna) that were generated from called open reading frames are included.
