Description

24,784 cells. Cells were isolated from P21 mouse skin adipose tissue, CellTagged, and transplanted into the mouse skin adipose tissue of a P21 mouse. Cells were sequenced at P32. Importantly, this dataset differs from others in this project as Cebpa-dn was not used. Cebpa-dn normally blocks terminal differentiation of APCs.
