The database contains clinical and neuropsychological variables of a cohort of 68 non-demented ALS patients, specifically it contains scores of the 20-item toronto alexithymia scale, global cognitive efficiency, social cognition test scores and data concerning mood, behavioural assessment (Frontal Behavioural Inventory, the Dimensional Apathy Scale, the State- and Trait-Anxiety Inventory-Form and the Beck Depression Inventory-II). The databases contains also patient classification of frontotemporal syndromes according to the Strong et al.'s criteria, the type-of motor onset, genetic mutation. Finally motor-functional status (ALS Functional Rating Scale-Revised (ALSFRS-R), progression rate (ΔFS), disease duration in months and disease staging (via the King's system) are also included.
