Practice accreditation to improve cardiovascular risk management in general practice - a cluster randomized trial

This dataset contains the result of a cluster randomized trial in general practice (primary medical care) in the Netherlands (registered under: NCT00791362). This study aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of a national accreditation and improvement programme for general practice, focusing on patients with established cardiovascular diseases.
