Table S3. Antibiograms of isolates. Antimicrobial minimum inhibition concentrations (MICs; unit: mg/L) were determined for each isolate and interpreted in accordance with EUCAST clinical breakpoints (Gradient strip, v11.0; broth microdilution, v13.1), which are noted in boldface in the table header. The D-test was performed on erythromycin-resistant, clindamycin-susceptible isolates (n = 5) to determine inducible clindamycin resistance. Abbreviations: R, resistant; R*, inducible clindamycin resistance, as determined using the D-test; S, susceptible; ND, not defined owing to unavailability of clinical breakpoints.
