Description

The table of sequence counts per food-taxon per sample for the rarefied dataset. A total of 685 unique sequences were retained following rarefication across 370 fecal samples. For each sequence we provide the taxonomic family name, genus name, species name, functional plant group, nucleotide sequence, plant ID, and total number of rarefied reads identified across all fecal samples (columns A:G). For each fecal sample (columns H:NM) we identify the large-herbivore species the fecal sample was collected from, the season it was collected, and the fecal sample ID.
