Description
The table of sequence counts per food-taxon per sample for the full dataset. A total of 972 unique sequences were identified across 370 fecal samples. For each sequence we provide the taxonomic family name, genus name, species name, nucleotide sequence, plant ID, and total number of reads identified across all fecal samples (columns A:F). For each fecal sample (columns G:NL) we identify the large-herbivore species the fecal sample was collected from, the season it was collected, and the fecal sample ID.
