Enterprise Resource Planning or ERP is a system that consolidates and records every activity that happens during the operation. The implementation can improve the overall company efficiency. However, failure still occurs due to over-budget, proposed due date, improper training, and communication between team and vendor. This research is about ERP implementation for efficient planning operation. In order to improve the efficiency in planning operation, using ERP software with suggestion methods which are consumable part group, standard BOM, simplified BOM, and phantom BOM will help the result to be more accurate. It is convenient for the planners to place an order the right amount and on time at a reasonable cost. After analyze the suggestions approach, standard BOM together with phantom BOM give the best result in planning operation and reduce the complexity of BOM compared with the others two methods.
