Additional file 5. List of significant taxa (ASV) obtained comparing T0 microbiota with microbiota at Day 3 and Day 14 for each site (10 biological replicates). Within each list we defined two groups: I) taxa not present in the DG microbiota at T0 and acquired from the sediments during exposure (green box); II) taxa overrepresented at Day 3 and Day 14 compared to T0 and not represented in the corresponding sediment (red box).
