Description

HoRhZn crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnma space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ho is bonded in a 5-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Rh atoms. There are a spread of Ho–Rh bond distances ranging from 2.90–2.93 Å. Rh is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Ho and four equivalent Zn atoms. There are a spread of Rh–Zn bond distances ranging from 2.64–2.69 Å. Zn is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Rh atoms.
