Redding Police Department SPIDR Tech Survey Data September 2023 - April 2024

This dataset, provided by the Redding Police Department in response to our Public Records Act request, contains data generated through the SPIDR Tech platform. SPIDR Tech is a customer service tool used by the department to send automated messages and surveys to members of the public following interactions with law enforcement. The data spans the period from September 26, 2023, to April 2, 2024.The dataset includes Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) survey responses as well as message statistics, which track the delivery and response rates of automated communications sent to the public. All personal information has been redacted in compliance with Government Code 7923.615 to ensure privacy.The data is formatted in Excel and can be used for analyzing trends in satisfaction and message response rates.
