The Stata file contains the raw data of a project in the scope of the German HIV-1 seroconverter cohort, run by the Robert Koch Institute, Berlin, Germany. The data covers anonymous sociodemographic and clinical information of the patients as well as results of a serologocal screening on coinfection with hepatitis B, hepatitis C and syphilis.
