MS raw data for "Conformational dynamics of a multienzyme complex in anaerobic carbon fixation"

This dataset comprises mass spectrometric data acquired for proteins purified from gas-converting acetogen Clostridium autoethanogenum and separated by SDS PAGE. The goal of the experiment was to confirm identity and purity of large and small subunits of bacterial corrinoid iron-sulfur protein (CoFeSP) by mass spectrometry. The dataset includes raw LC-MS/MS files, the results of database search in Scaffold format (.sf3), the QC file to assess performance of the LC-MS/MS instrumental setup as described in (doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0189209), and blanks acquired prior experimental runs.
