Rapid Quantification of Methamphetamine: Using Attenuated Total Reflectance Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR) and Chemometricsleset
Description
This paper reports a new, rapid method for non evidentiary quantitative analysis. New proposed ATR FTIR method in comparison with the currently used UPLC method showes R2 = 0.9637, RMSEP = 5.2 from uncut to 0.3% of Methamphetamine.
