L35Ae interaction with HEK293 cells

HEK293 cells were incubated with 6xHis-tagged L35Ae or anti-hCCR7 Fab17 used as a negative control, followed by immunostaining and flow cytometry analysis. FACS buffer contained PBS, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.0, 1-1.5% calf serum, and 0.01% NaN3. R-Phycoerythrin fluorescence was excited at 532 nm and detected at 580-583 nm.
