From the lab to the farm: use of extracellular vesicles from follicular fluid to improve equine embryo production in vitro

These data include the number of oocytes retrieved and results of the ICSI trial of the project. These have to be uploaded to an institutional repository for transparency reasons. The data include all the oocites retrieved by OPU or postmortem, the maturation rates, cleveage and blastocyst produced when secretome was added during oocyte´s IVM at 20 and 40 ug/ml dosages.
