Description

The VORTEX-95 High Resolution Surface Composite dataset contains data collected from ASOS, AWOS, and Oklahoma Mesonet observing stations in the VORTEX domain at temporal resolutions of 5-minute for the ASOS and Oklahoma Mesonet networks, and 20-minute for the AWOS network. All data have been converted to a common format, and uniform quality control has been applied by OFPS. See the "readme" file for more information on QC procedures. These data files are available as ASCII text files and netCDF data files.
