The methods implemented in this code and input/output file descriptions are described in the file IsoMAP_geostats_documentation.pdf. IsoMAP_geostats_Ecosphere2012.exe is a pre-complied version of the code used to conduct the analyses presented in our paper. It was compiled on a PC (Dell Optiplex 760 with Intel Core 2 Duo processor) running Windows XP (Service Pack 3) using the Borland Turbo C++ compiler (version 10).
